What are your operating hours?

We operate 24/7 for online bookings. For vehicle pickup and returns, our physical locations are open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily. Emergency support is available 24/7 via phone or email. Weekend hours may vary.

How do I book a vehicle?

Browse our available vehicles, select your preferred dates and times, add it to your order, and proceed to checkout. You can book multiple vehicles in a single order. Complete the payment to confirm your booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments through secure payment gateways. We also offer offline payment options for eligible customers who prefer to pay via bank transfer or cash deposit.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Yes, you can view and manage your bookings in your account dashboard. For modifications or cancellations, please contact our support team at support@rentnride.net or call +880 1234-567890 at least 24 hours before your rental period.

What documents do I need to provide?

You'll need to upload a valid driver's license. Make sure the license is clear, readable, and not expired. You may be asked for additional identification at the time of vehicle pickup.

How far in advance can I book?

You can book vehicles up to 30 days in advance. This helps us ensure availability and prepare the vehicle for your rental.

What happens if I return the vehicle late?

Late returns may incur additional charges. Please contact us immediately if you anticipate being late. Our cancellation policy and late return fees are detailed in our Terms of Service.

Is fuel included in the rental price?

Fuel is not included in the rental price. You will receive the vehicle with a full tank and are expected to return it with the same amount of fuel.

What if the vehicle has technical issues during rental?

Our vehicles undergo regular maintenance to ensure safety and reliability. If you encounter any technical issues, contact us immediately at support@rentnride.net or call +880 1234-567890. We have 24/7 roadside assistance for emergencies.

Can someone else drive the vehicle I rented?

Only the person who made the booking and whose license is on file is authorized to drive the vehicle. Additional drivers must be registered at the time of booking for an additional fee.

What are the age requirements for renting?

You must be at least 21 years old with a valid driving license to rent a vehicle. Some premium vehicles may have higher age requirements.

Do you offer insurance coverage?

Basic insurance is included with all rentals. Optional comprehensive coverage is available for purchase at the time of booking. Details are provided in our Terms of Service.

How do I track my order status?

You can track your order status in your account dashboard. You'll also receive email notifications at each stage of your booking, from confirmation to completion.
