• Required Documents: Facial photo, Driving License (both sides), National ID Card (both sides) are mandatory for all bookings
• Storage: All verification documents are stored securely in encrypted storage with access restricted to authorized personnel only

2.4 Technical Information

Our services are not intended for users under the age of 18 (minimum driving age in Bangladesh). We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
